Vermont Baby Shop was founded based on the simple mission of providing wonderful games, toys, gifts and other kids' items which enhance childhood development and family fun. At Vermont Baby Shop, we work to keep shipping and handling costs as low as possible. After your order is placed, it will usually ship out in 2-3 business days. Actual shipping time is an estimated additional 5-7 days. If you have special shipping needs, or would like to expedite an order, please contact us via email before you place your order.
Standard Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the following rates:

Sales Tax will be calculated based on your shipping address entered during checkout. All state and local sales tax will apply.
Easy To Return Policy
At Vermont Baby Shop, we want your buying experience to be as friendly and efficient as possible. If for any reason, at any time, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right! All unused merchandise may be exchanged or refunded at any time. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid. Simply contact us via email to obtain a return authorization number. Mail the item back to us and we will process and complete a full refund of the item. (Please note that original and return shipping costs are not refundable.)
If you change your mind about your order before it is shipped, simply contact us to cancel your order. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order and it will be shipped as per your order. All refused packages will incur a 20% restocking fee.
